On consideration of your letter of yesterday's date concerning the PRINCESS ANNE, we direct you to cause the Ship to be discharged from their Majesties' service, and her Officers and Company, excepting the Commission and Warrant officers, to be turned over into the RUPERT upon her arrival at the Buoy of the Nore, and that in the meantime they be victualled on board some other ships now fitting in the River which you think fitting.
