Confirming the number of men and the number and types of guns to be supplied to the BERKELEY CASTLE,and JOSEPH Hired ships and the PORTSMOUTH Bomb vessel. The two former are to be fitted for sea by their owners and supplied with victuals for four months and the latter for three months.
