Petition of Edward Sousesby, Abraham Decker, James Barkley, Richard Raven, Thomas Bryan, John Dennis and Oswald Pom, seamen belonging to the PORTSMOUTH when taken by the French, and imprisoned for 7 months. Being much impoverished and having lost their clothes ask for an allowance for clothes. Navy Board to report what has been done formerly in like cases. [not dated]
