In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have a proportion of victuals for 500 men for 6 months, provided and lodged at Liverpool for the service of ships employed in the Irish Sea, over and above victuals already declared for that port. This is to be deducted out of the provisions declared for London.
