In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of 24 February to our Secretary, stated that a survey taken of the CHARLES & HENRY fireship lately cast away at Plymouth, reported that she is incapable of repair but may be of service if broken up, for repairing the wharf near the gravening place or building a shed or floating stage. You are directed to have her broken up and used in a manner of most advantage to their Majesties.
