Anthony Nicholls is to be appointed Anchorsmith at Sheerness in place of Richard Nicholls his brother, who has surrendered his employment. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowances, privileges and immunities until further order. His warrant is to be dated 26 May 1690.
