Pursuant to the desires of the Lords Commissioners for the Affairs of Ireland, you have been directed to receive a quantity of oatern ale from Mr Hanley of Bristol for victualling the Navy. Their Lordships understand from Mr Hanley that nothing has yet been done and you are directed to receive from Mr Hanley such part of the oatern ale as shall be found fitting for victualling.
