In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of His Majesty's pleasure, you are directed to give orders that the ships belonging to the States General of the United Provinces, coming into Portsmouth to refit, may have the use of the hulk and other conveniences at the yard for careening, cleaning and refitting of their ships, they being charged with materials and workmen employed.
