In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Our warrant of 27 May 1689 made an exchange between William Jenman, Purser of the OSSORY and Edward Harman, Purser of the VICTORY during the ships being in harbour. The OSSORY being ordered to sea you are directed to give order for the Pursers to return to their respective ships. Their warrants are to be dated 30 June 1690.
