In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In pursuance of His Majesty's order dated this day, you are directed to sign bills quarterly upon the Treasurer of the Navy, for paying Richard Haddock, Comptroller of the Navy, the sum of £500 a year, which His Majesty is pleased to allow him of his Royal Bounty. The sum is to commence from 25 December 1689 and continue during His Majesty's pleasure. This allowance is to be placed on the Ordinary Establishment of the Navy.
