Robert Wilkins, Purser of the SWEEPSTAKES, asks that a deputy may act for him during the ship's present voyage. We are to appoint Peter Peek to be Deputy Purser and you are to enter him accordingly for her present voyage. His warrant is to be dated 9 April 1690.
