In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to sign bills for Admiral Russell for his pay as Admiral of the Blue Squadron, at the usual rate, from the date of his commission to this day. His Majesty has signified his pleasure to us that Admiral Russell shall have an extra allowance of 20 shillings a day for this service. You are to sign bills to him for this extra allowance.
