Your letter of today, advised us that upon your attending the Lords of the Treasury this afternoon, the Commissioners of the Victualling should have an additional £10,000 out of the £400,000 appropriated by Act of Parliament for the service of the Navy. You are directed to sign bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for the immediate payment of £10,000 to Mr Phillip Papillon, according to the desire of the Commissioners of the Victualling.
