We understand from your letter of today, that the Lords of the Treasury have advised you that the Commissioners of the Victualling should receive a further sum of £4,000 out of the £400,000 appropriated by Act of Parliament for the service of the Navy. You are directed to sign bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for impresting £10,000 to Mr Phillip Papillon, as desired by the Commissioners of the Victualling.
