In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Warner, late Purser of the PENDENNIS, is to be appointed Purser of the HOPE, in place of the former deceased. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 6 August 1690.
