Your letter of 23 April gave your opinion that the 15 men which were carried by Captain Andrew Cotton from the CHARLOTTE yacht into the PLAY prize, should have the "Run" taken off. You advised that they should be treated as "turned over" men and the wages due to them for their service in the CHARLOTTE paid. You are directed to have this done.
