It is possible we may complete the repairs of the RESERVE provided the Shipwrights and Caulkers are employed putting in extra work at two tides a day. We may yet get her finished and launched by the latter end of August. You have directed me to give you an account of the timber for work on the BRITTANIA and ROYAL OAK.
