The Treasury Commissioners direct you to cause so much as is now in arrears of the two thousand pounds a week for Recalls to be satisfied out of the money raised on the Tallies which were lately levied on Credit of the Million Act and put into the hands of the Navy Treasurers for the head of Wages.
