Captain Croft, Commander of the BERKELEY CASTLE hired ship, advises their Lordships that the Commissioner at Chatham refuses to go on with refitting the ship until the owner appears, who he says he has not yet heard of. A copy of the Captain's letter is enclosed that you may quicken the owners on what is to be done on their part.
