Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694.
It being a good while since any copies of Treasury Weekly Certificates have been received here, you are directed to hasten those now in arrears. Mr Gregory asks that the hired merchant ships fitting out at Sheerness may be hastened down to them, and the Commissioners of the Victualling should send these ships away without further delay.
