Having received an Express this morning from the Commander of the SAMUEL & HENRY advising her arrival at St. Helens with the Mast Ships from New England, and also the ALDBOROUGH Ketch, I ask you to let me know whether any of the Mast ships are to come to this River, so that Orders may be sent to the SAMUEL & HENRY to come with them.
Also let me know where you would advise the ALDBOROUGH to be brought for refitting.
