Captain Cooper Wade, Captain of the HAWKE Fireship, has informed in his recent letters that by order of Sir Francis Wheeler he delivered to Captain Smithson, Master of the EAGLE, a New England built Ship, which was retaken at Newfoundland , that Ship's Foretopsails being half worn, nine and half yards deep, and containing seventeen Cloths, which Ship is now or was lately at Cowes.
I give you this notice that you require satisfaction from the Master and Owners for the said Topsails.
