Report on the Norwegian cruise undertaken by pupils from Sondes Place School, 1967.

Printed booklet entitled 'Norwegian Cruise Report, Sondes Place School, Dorking, 1967', recording an educational cruise, 15 July to 28 July 1967. The school party travelled by train to Dundee and then embarked on the British India Steam Navigation Co Ltd ship DUNERA (1937). The report has extracts from the journals written by boys in the party, including that of William McMorran, see JOD/269/2 for the original.

Administrative / biographical background
The report was written by Lionel O. Joseph, the teacher who led the party from Sondes Place School. It is a transcription from the original report entitled 'The Voyage of a Lifetime' that accompanied some amateur film of the events in 1967. His footage was later used by the British India Steam Navigation Co Ltd in a short promotional film entitled 'Educational Cruises: The Teacher's Role'.
