In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The PLYMOUTH, one of the ships of the Mediterranean Squadron, is to be paid in common with the other ships of that squadron. The Board is also required to immediately hire a merchant vessel at Portsmouth and to load her with the bread and dry provisions that the squadron is unable to carry.
