In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The SWIFTSURE and HUNTER Fireship have been ordered to proceed from Portsmouth to the Downs; but the four months provisions ordered for them shall not be supplied until they have departed Portsmouth. The provisions shall be supplied from Dover or the Thames; and if the provisions for the PORTLAND at Sheerness have not already been delivered they must be supplied without delay.
