In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosing a copy of the proceedings of a Court Martial presided over by Admiral Aylmer aboard the RESOLUTION in the Medway in which Captain Greenhill is to be fined for the loss of the EAGLET Ketch. The Board is instructed that the fine shall be paid out of his wages; but the ship's Officers and Company are to be paid up until the time she was captured by the enemy, including receiving an allowance for the loss of their clothes.
