Captain Edward Whitaker, Second Captain of the ROYAL SOVEREIGN, has provided a certificate confirming the good conduct of Robert Poulson, Robert Payton, Elick Salter, William Jarvis and John White who have previously been recorded as having deserted the WOOLWICH. They are to be paid their wages for their time in the LEOPARD Hulk notwithstanding.
