Nicholas Kemp, late Master Gunner of the VESUVIUS is appointed Master Gunner of the new fourth rate now building by Henry Johnson at Blackwall. You are directed to enter him accordingly as soon as she is ready to receive him, with such allowances of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 1 June 1694.
