Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694.

We received your letter desiring convoy for two hoys going to fetch plank from Suffolk and orders were sent to Woolwich to convoy them to Yarmouth. Lord Hamilton has advised us in his letter that he made enquiry for the hoys at Sheerness, but hearing nothing of them made sail to the north.
