We have considered your report of 18 May on the petition of Joseph Phillips, a superannuated Purser, which was discussed when you attended this Board yesterday. You are directed to pay him one quarter's salary of his pension to enable him to pass the victualling account which stands against him when he served as Purser of the ASSISTANCE.
