In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have considered your report of 18 May of the petition of Captain David Greenhill, late Commander of the EAGLE ketch, praying his wages. You are advised that this was not intended by this Board's orders to you of 20 October 1693 that commanding officers should be paid on the recalls, and notwithstanding our orders you are directed to pay them their wages after they have passed their accounts as usual.
