In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Admiral of their Majesties' fleet has advised us that John Watford, Boatswain of the QUEEN and William Galloway, Boatswain of the EXPEDITION, being unable to perform their duties because of age, he has appointed others in their place and recommends John Watford and William Galloway for superannuation. You are directed to examine their cases and to report to this Board whether they come within the establishment made by their Majesties for Pensions to be given to Officers Superannuated in their Service at Sea.
