In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In pursuance of the order of the Privy Council of 14 June, you are directed to give orders to the Commissioners for the Victualling, to put on board the FRIENDS ADVENTURE now ready to sail to Barbados, 2 months provisions for 100 soldiers of Colonel Russell's regiment which were raised in the island for their Majesties' service, and which the owners of the FRIENDS ADVENTURE propose to carry thither without charge. The provisions to be of such sort as the soldiers last sent thither were victualled with.
