Sir John Trenchard their Majesties' Principal Secretary of State, we direct you to let us know whether the £20,000 for beverage and contigencies, and the short allowance money for the Straits squadron is provided, and whether the credits will be ready to be sent tomorrow by the GROYN packet boat.
