In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
There is now at Woolwich a Portuguese ship the CONCEPTION, Lawrence Ferreira, Master, which is lately disabled in two of her masts and asks to replace these by use of the hulk there. You are directed to give leave to her commander to use the hulk accordingly, at such time as is most convenient.
