In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have received advice from the Marquis of Carmarthen that the BRIDGET galley has received some damage in the late expedition. We direct you to have her repaired at Portsmouth and put in condition for sea service. The charge of wear and tear of the vessel is to be borne by their Majesties according to the order you have received from this Board.
