Sampson Jope is to be appointed Carpenter of the LONDON MERCHANT, hospital ship, during her time in their Majesties' service and no longer. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 7 March 1691/2.
