In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Phillips, Commander of the POST BOY advice boat, has advised us by his letter yesterday from the Downs, that the boats belonging to her are so heavy and long that upon tacking she is brought out of trim. You are directed to furnish her with a Deal yawl and oars fitting for her in lieu of these boats.
