In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have built, as soon as may be, two vessels to carry 10 guns each, either ketches or pinks, as such dimensions as you shall judge most proper, to be built either in their Majesties' yards or by contract. You are to take care that they are good sailers and to send us an estimate of the charge thereof.
