In your letter to this Board of 25 June, you asked to be informed who is to bear the charge of the marked paper which in pursuance of the late Act of Parliament is to be used in your office for Warrants to Masters of their Majesties' ships, contracts, charter parties and other things. We advise you that the charge of the marked paper s to be borne by the person to whom the warrant shall be granted, and what is used for contracts, charter parties and other matters, by the parties that are concerned therein.
