In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Calculation by John Taylor, Merchant, of the rate of hemp to be imported this year upon their Majesties' account. To be delivered into the stores at Portsmouth, Chatham and Woolwich, such hemp as the Navy Board shall demand for this year at £26.10.0 per ton including the commission of 3 per cent. Part of this sum is to be immediately paid and the other 3/4 parts to be paid in weekly payments commencing the first week of July and ending with the last week of October.
