By order of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, I return the enclosed calculation of Mr Taylor. You are directed to contract with him for 2,000 tons which you have proposed as necessary at this time. One fourth part of the price will be put into the hands of the Treasurer of the Navy and the other weekly payments made from the first of July according to the proposal.
