The Lords Commissioners of the Treasury direct you to contract with Mr Taylor for the quantity of 2,000 tons, which you have proposed as necessary to be provided at this time and that one fourth of the price will be put in the hands of the Treasurer of the Navy next week and the other weekly payments from 1st July according to Mr Taylor's proposal.
