In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Douglas of the DOVER has notified the Admiralty that due to the negligence of the Boatswain of the Hulk at Sheerness some men have deserted by taking one of her boats. An extract of his letter is enclosed and orders are given to take steps to prevent further occurrences.
