In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The RUPERT has been ordered into Sheerness and the MERCURY Advice Boat has orders to berth either at Portsmouth or Sheerness. Instructions are given for them to be cleaned and refitted on arrival and supplied three months victuals respectively two months victuals for service in the Channel.
