In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Navy Board has agreed with James Parker of Southampton and John Stygens of Redbridge to build two ten gun ships for the Navy at an agreed rate per ton. As this is cheaper than previously paid approval is given for their construction to be put in hand.
