In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You sent us yesterday a Copy of what materials you think necessary to be sent to the Straights for refitting the Fleet, and informed us that four Smiths, forty Caulkers, four Ockam Boys, a Master Caulker, and a Foreman of the Shipwrightry are intended to be sent with the said Stores to assist the Carpenters and their crews in refitting the Fleet .
