Having sent Orders to the Commanders of the BRISTOL and LYAM Hospital Ships in Longreach to sail with them into such Dock in the River Thames as you judge proper for their refitting, we ask you to give them directions where to come. We direct you cause them to cleaned, refitted and supplied with the Stores necessary for service in the Straights at the Charge of their Owners.
