In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you upon the arrival of the DUNKIRK, RESERVE, RUBY, ASSISTANCE, and the HAWK and TERRIBLE Fireships at SPITHEAD (where they are ordered) to cause their present number of Men to be reduced to the middle Complement established on them, and that they be fitted and supplied with Stores for a voyage to the West Indies, furnished with eight months dry Provisions each, and as much as they can conveniently stow of proper Species for such a voyage.
