In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have ordered Captain Fairborne, Commander in Chief of their Majesties' Ships in the River Thames and Medway, to turn over several Men from the Great Ships into other Ships, and directed him to order the respective Commanders of the said Ships that turn over any Men to send regular Lists to your Board of their Names, Entries, Discharges etc; in order to their being paid.
We direct you to cause the said Men to be forthwith paid the Wages due to them in the last Ship they were turned over.
